Title - Atlantic Retail Village, Bideford, Devon

Background - A new build factory outlet incorporating 1500 sq metres of internal pedestrian mall and approximately 3,000 sq m of courtyards and pedestrian walkways

Brief - To create a vibrant internal space and exterior paved areas to match the design of the building.

Solution - A white power float concrete floor was installed then cut in to large shapes. The surface was chemically stained with a variety of colours in a diamond pattern, polished and then sealed to create a wholly unique, durable pedestrian area. The external areas were imprinted to create cobbled areas for outdoor cafe use, and wood effect complement the maritime design building. We worked with main contractors Kier to facilitate a speedy installation. The requirement of minimal maintenance has been realised over five years since installation.
